Tell us about your radio history. College radio WXCI, WestConn - Danbury. I-95 WRKI. WPDH, Poughkeepsie, New York. WHCN, Hartford , CT. Back here to I-95!
Who were your radio influences? Anyone who was on WNEW in New York … back when it was a rock station and influenced EVERYTHING!
Who are your favorite groups or artists? The answer has morphed for me over time and I've found that I get pleasure from most every artist I hear.
What famous musicians have you met? I've been doing this since I was 18, so the list is real long…
What was the first concert you ever saw? Jefferson Airplane
What was the BEST concert you ever saw? That answer changes occasionally too – but Bruce Springsteen is always near the top of the list.
Do you play a musical instrument? I used to dabble in guitar and piano, but I'm not focused enough to practice enough to be good.
What are your hobbies outside of the radio station? Cooking, reading, Golfing, skiing… SHOPPING!
What are your favorite movies? Don't have one… Just like going.
What are your favorite television shows? Still All 3 “CSI's,” "2 1/2 Men" "New Adventures of Old Christine" and believe it or not, "American Idol" it's like a car crash, I have to look!
What are your favorite sports teams? Born and raised die-hard Yankee fan!
What's your guilty pleasure? Shoes and boots, call me IMELDA!
What is your favorite “Adult” beverage? 3 actually… Great wine, a yummy Cosmo, and a tall, refreshing Gin & Tonic with lots of lime.
What are your favorite web sites? I barely have time to be a couch potato much less spend enough time surfing the web to have a fav. |
