1969 - Jethro Tull performed in America for the first time, when they served as the opening band for Led Zeppelin at a New York City gig.
1979 - The Clash released “I Fought the Law” in the US, their first single to be released in the states.
2000 - Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young played the first show of their reunion tour at Michigan’s Palace of Auburn Hills. The gig marked the first time they toured together in a quarter of a century.
