U-2 starts their 360 Degrees world tour tonight in Barcelona, Spain in support of their latest album, No Line on the Horizon. The band has been holed up in Barcelona for the past few weeks rehearsing, including a complete dress rehearsal the other night. A post on the band's website won't offer up any details, only saying, "Seems like the band are intent on really mixing things up on this tour... They've rehearsed 30-plus tracks...as well as a cracking selection from No Line -- we counted songs from eight different albums..." Their manager Paul McGuinness says, "'It would be crazy if they weren't a bit nervous about the opening of a new show. It's a very complicated production."

He just said some very complimentary things about me in some interviews and I love him. I think he's a great poet and writer, so I've always admired him. I don't rule it out... But we're not the kind of people who would ring each other up."
